Pedro brings over 20 years of experience as a Primary Structure Design Engineer in the aerospace industry, leading teams of engineers and now managing suppliers in supply chain. Beyond his corporate career, he is a seasoned real estate investor with experience in single-family rentals and private lending. He views residential assisted living as an opportunity to help transform senior care, ensuring that older adults enjoy their later years with dignity.

Araceli has a background in Family Support Studies with a focus on caregiving strategies, family dynamics, and community resources. With direct experience in healthcare, she brings both professional insight and personal passion to serving seniors. Inspired by her own parents in the Baby Boomer generation, she is committed to building environments that feel like home and to keeping care rooted in compassion, not “just a job.”
